I have successfully broken my first chain.

Yeah, that's about it. I broke my first chain, and in about 10 minutes, Cody put it back together, and we rode for another 1.5-2 hours. Running, CX Practice, Mountain biking, and Road riding. I've been doing it all, getting ready for this CX season. With our Mountain team at nationals right now, they are rocking it! Day one and we've got one woman and two guys on the podium! So it's on for Cyclocross.

One thing i have definitely been feeling, 200m sprint training is not good for some early season CX racing. But, as i was last year, I've got until December to get rocking for Collegiate Nationals.
The weather is starting to change in Durango. We've got the trees changing, the wind changing, and random cold and warm weather intermingling. I'm really excited for it to start snowing! I love the mountains and how they give off a sort of feeling. I can just sit outside in the snow and stare out into nothing. It's beautiful. Majestic. Inspiring.
